Sea Museum
This museum is located inside the Spanish Fortress in Porto Santo Stefano and is divided into two sections.
The first documents the work of ancient boat and shipbuilders. It also displays the tools and instruments used, as well as models of the different parts of the ship.
The second is a collection of archaeological treasures. You will mainly find objects of Roman origin, but there are also pieces of boats, statues, ceramics and towers found in the waters around Monte Argentario and Giglio Island by divers in the 1980s and 1990s.

15 October – 15 June: every weekend: from 10.30am to 12.30pm and from 3pm to 7pm
15-Jun-Sept: Open daily: 6:00pm to midnight
