Adventure park “The Wild Badger”
It is one of the ‘adventure parks’ in the Maremma area. It is one of the ‘adventure parks’ in the Maremma area. You immerse yourself in nature, but with the aim of testing your athletic and acrobatic skills. You climb ropes, you walk on elevated paths at various heights from the ground, with the help of lianas, cables, suspension bridges and other stratagems you move from one tree to another. At the park there are four specialized and very helpful instructors who will guide you on how to move among the trees without danger, explaining everything you need to know from a safety point of view: harnesses, carabiners, practical rules for using the equipment and in the use of the routes. After the explanations received, everyone, adults and children, will be able to move independently in the park. The instructors will remain within earshot and will check that everything goes smoothly.
Il Tasso Scatenato is located in a forest of holm oaks, the forest complex of the Bandite di Scarlino, near the coast and the beaches of the Gulf of Follonica and a short distance from the beautiful beach of Cala Violina.
In addition to the aerial routes of the adventure park, the place offers a myriad of paths that cross the wood, to be covered on foot or by bicycle. The proximity of the beaches also allows you to complete the day with
beautiful moments of relaxation even at the seaside. Entrance to the green area of the park is free and you can access this area at any time of the day. In this area it is allowed to bring your dog, but only if kept on a leash.
We highly recommend it for families and schools. But also to companies looking for a location where their employees can spend a different day, in the name of physical activity, but also relaxation. An opportunity to be together with colleagues in a different way from the corporate one. A fun and exciting experience to spend a day out of the ordinary.
There are 8 routes in total, of different difficulties, from Chiù. the easiest, perfect for starting out, maximum height from the ground 3m, at La Bandita, the most ‘unleashed’ and challenging route, for those wishing to experience the thrill of a 100m flight at 15m from the ground, hooked to a cable. But who was Tarzan?!
The ticket has a maximum duration of two hours. To avoid overcrowding the routes and allow everyone to get the most out of this experience.
HOW TO REACH IT
The Unleashed Badger Adventure Park is located in Località Puntone, a few tens of meters from the Marina di Scarlino port.
From the south:
From the Aurelia (SS1-E80) exit at Gavorrano. Proceed on the SP 152 towards the south/east for about one kilometre, turn right and take the Strada Provinciale Puntone/SP 158 and continue on this road for about 12 km and then, once you arrive in Puntone, turn left and take Via della Customs.
Continue for approximately 4 km, then turn left. Continue and then turn right onto Via della Dogana. Continue to Lungomare Giuseppe Garibaldi.
Turn left into Viale dei Cipressi.
From the north:
From the Aurelia exit at Follonica est. Take the Regional Road 439 Sarzanese Valdera/SR439 and then the Provincial Road Collacchie/SP158 in the direction of Via della Dogana a Puntone for about 12 km.
From there, turn right onto Lungomare Giuseppe Garibaldi in the direction of Viale dei Cipressi a Portiglioni.

TIPS FOR THE VISIT
Comfortable clothing and sports shoes will allow you to move around the park completely at ease.
It is advisable to call and check in advance that the weather conditions on site are ideal. In fact, the park management reserves the right to close the routes at any time of the day, if it deems it necessary to guarantee the safety of the public.
We remind everyone that the entrance ticket entitles you to use the park facilities for a maximum of two hours. In fact, the sale of tickets will end two hours before the closure of the Adventure Park.
