Bank of the Marquis
The strong point of this beach is its grass. Behind the vast sandbar is a lawn so green you can't help but feel like you've stumbled upon a country club.
Located in Porto Ercole in Le Viste, between Forte La Rocca and Forte Stella, right in front of the island, it is one of the most enchanting places on the coast.
Of course this comes at a price. Prices in high season for two people are €28 for a place on the lawn, €18 for one on the sand. With that you get a day's hire of two sunbeds, umbrellas, use of the showers and a coffee.
The resort also rents out canoes and paddle boats if you feel like exploring the island that sits just off the coast.
