Built by the Aldobrandeschi family, this park is one of the most particular in the whole of the Tuscan Maremma.

Located just outside the historic center of Santa Fiora, this park was once the main water resource of the Tuscan city. The park rises around the large pool of spring water, was built during the fifteenth century by the Aldobrandeschi family, hosts a beautiful forest of chestnuts, cypresses and pines.
The large tank is home to numerous fish species, especially carp and trout and other curious exotic fish.
The park was frequented in the 16th century mainly by the women of the Aldobrandeschi family, it was in fact a place of peace and tranquility, and has remained so until today. The locals particularly love this place, as well as the tourists who visit the Tuscan town every year.
