Also known as the Church of Our Lady of the Rosary, this church is located in Piazza Cesare Battisti in <\/span>
\n Castell’Azzara<\/span>
\n<\/a> and was built in the first half of the 16th century.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Simply designed, the interior of the church houses some splendid 16th-century works of the Sienese school, including the “Madonna of the Rosary,” the “SS Domencio” and the “Catherine of Siena,” all painted by local artists.<\/span><\/p>\n

The remaining walls are covered with frescoes that, compared to many other churches in the area, are very well preserved.<\/span><\/p>\n
