18th century at the behest of Cosimo Medici, this tower was originally separated from the bay and used to protect the island of Giglio from frequent pirate attacks.<\/p>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6579317 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"6579317\" data-element_type=\"widget\" d'Albertis.<\/p>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-fad0bd4 elementor-widget
