It is one of the &#8216;adventure parks&#8217; in the Maremma area. You immerse yourself in nature, but with the aim of testing your athletic and acrobatic skills. You climb ropes, you walk on elevated paths at various heights from the ground, with the help of lianas, cables, suspension bridges and other stratagems you move from one tree to another. For more information on the rules that regulate this type of activity, please refer to our page dedicated to <strong>&#8216;Adventure Parks&#8217;<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>At the park there are four specialized and very helpful instructors who will guide you on how to move among the trees without danger, explaining everything you need to know from a safety point of view: harnesses, carabiners, practical rules for using the equipment and in the use of the routes. After the explanations received, everyone, adults and children, will be able to move independently in the park. The instructors will remain within earshot and will check that everything goes smoothly.<\/p>\n<p>Il Tasso Scatenato is located in a forest of holm oaks, the forest complex of the Bandite di Scarlino, near the coast and the beaches of the Gulf of Follonica and a short distance from the beautiful beach of <strong>Cala Violina<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to the aerial routes of the adventure park, the place offers a myriad of paths that cross the wood, to be covered on foot or by bicycle. The proximity of the beaches also allows you to complete the day with<br \/>beautiful moments of relaxation even at the seaside. Entrance to the green area of the park is free and you can access this area at any time of the day. In this area it is allowed to bring your dog, but only if kept on a leash.<\/p>\n<p>We highly recommend it for families and schools. But also to companies looking for a location where their employees can spend a different day, in the name of physical activity, but also relaxation. An opportunity to be together with colleagues in a different way from the corporate one. A fun and exciting experience to spend a day out of the ordinary.<\/p>\n<p>There are 8 routes in total, of different difficulties, from <strong>Chi\u00f9.<\/strong> the easiest, perfect for starting out, maximum height from the ground 3m, at <strong>La Bandita<\/strong>, the most &#8216;unleashed&#8217; and challenging route, for those wishing to experience the thrill of a 100m flight at 15m from the ground, hooked to a cable. But who was Tarzan?!<\/p>\n<p>The ticket has a maximum duration of two hours. Proceed on the SP 152 towards the south\/east for about one kilometre, turn right and take the Strada Provinciale Puntone\/SP 158 and continue on this road for about 12 km and then, once you arrive in Puntone, turn left and take Via della Customs.<br \/>Continue for approximately 4 km, then turn left. Continue and then turn right onto Via della Dogana. The park, inaugurated less than a year ago, is located within a dense and cool forest, where you can breathe even on the hottest days. With the help of the excellent instructors we prepared ourselves with harnesses, helmets and carabiners and in no time at all both the children and us parents found ourselves climbing trees having fun in complete safety. The two hours available are perfect for calmly doing all the routes, which are varied and suitable for all levels of experience. The pulley descent of \u201cLa Bandita\u201d is fantastic and full of adrenaline: 100 meters at full speed. Thanks again to all the instructors: patient, extremely prepared, very nice with both adults and children and able to give you safety without being intrusive. After the adventure we had lunch with delicious sandwiches and ice cream in the bar of the structure: also in this case friendly staff and excellent service. The instructors are good and kind and immediately put you at ease by quickly teaching the basic techniques. There are numerous routes of different difficulty. I recommend purchasing gloves together with the ticket (minimum cost) which have proven to be very useful especially on the slightly more demanding routes.
