Maremma is one of the most popular destinations for cyclists, the country paths are in fact a true paradise for all MTB enthusiasts who can try their hand at more or less demanding challenges here, characterized however by wild and uncontaminated landscapes.<\/strong><\/p>\n

the Maremma area offers challenges for every level of preparation, from the most expert to beginners, passing through dense woods, rolling hills, challenging climbs, admiring the most beautiful panoramas of Tuscany.<\/p>\n

Here there is no traffic, pollution and confusion and this is probably what attracts cyclists the most, the Maremma in fact promises peace and relaxation, completely immersed in the country paths.<\/p>\n

There are more than 30 cycling itineraries in Maremma, the most important and demanding is certainly the Grand Tour of Maremma.<\/p>\n

366km of winding paths, between asphalt and dirt roads.<\/p>\n

This is a tour of the most beautiful places in the Maremma, which passes through the most important cities: Grosseto, Manciano, Massa Marittima, Castiglione della Pescaia and Pitigliano.<\/p>\n

Through this itinerary you will be able to discover some of the most beautiful places in the Maremma, corners often hidden from mass tourism, small villages with ancient charm, paths immersed in nature, tourist attractions…<\/p>\n

Gran Fondo Citt\u00e0 del Tufo Pitigliano,<\/strong> takes place the first weekend of May. The itinerary passes through the ancient Etruscan Vie Cave and the characteristic village of Pitigliano. Gran Fondo Citt\u00e0 di Grosseto,<\/strong> takes place the last weekend of April and is one of the main ones in the Maremma. Tour of the Maremma,<\/strong> takes place the last weekend of March. It is open only to USIP registered cyclists. 4 stages for a total of 2026 kilometers from Grosseto to Castel del Piano.
